Job Description

Position Summary
Administer and maintain the office front desk activities in addition to Recruitment & Admin support.
 
Key Responsibilities
?         Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
?         Direct only scheduled and planned visitors to the appropriate person and office. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
?         Ensure front desk area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
?         Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
?         Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
?         Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
?         Update calendars, schedule interviews & meetings (recruitment support)
?         Interview coordination
?         Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
?         Maintain the first-aid book to record any incidents.
 
Key Skills
?         Excellence in handling visitors & interview candidates.
?         Experience in handling office correspondence.
?         Experience using MS Office and office 365 Applications.
 
Key Behavioural Skills
?         Very good communication skills (oral and written) - English, Tamil.
?         Good multi-tasking capability
?         Pleasant mannerisms to handle visitors.
