Job Description

Position Summary
Technical trainer in FE plays a very important role in enhancing the skills of the product development workforce. The main objective of the trainer is to prepare the developers, new joiners to accomplish their product/project goals by conducting effective technical training.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training need assessments by collecting information pertaining to routine work procedures, process & tools.
  • Determine current level of the technical knowledge of the group or an individual.
  • Plan and execute online, on the job, instructor led trainings for the identified group of audience.
  • Design technical training manuals/course content by identifying and describing technical knowledge gaps; liaison with the relevant stake holder; submitting initial versions for review; revising and editing final copy.
  • Identify and execute external training programs based on project requirements, ensure compliance to internal processes for approvals & execution.
  • Evaluate to check the effectiveness of training programs periodically & suggest improvements as required post evaluation.
  • Publish training feedback analysis for every program conducted to all the stakeholders.
  • Periodic reporting of the trainings planned & conducted, training analysis & publish any other adhoc reports related to training.
  • Maintain & upgrade technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
  • Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
  • Plan, publish & adhere to the training calendar for the year.
Key Technical Skills
  • Good experience in conducting sessions on Microsoft web development stack (C#,, MVC, Javascript, Angular JS, SQL Server).
  • Extensive working experience in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent exposure in designing training content.
  • Exposure to Microsoft SharePoint will be an added advantage.
